Selling skills training is a critical element of business success. At the "Selling" tab I point out how important it is to learn and apply proven selling techniques to achieve business success. But how does a company without an existing sales training program get started?
The most affordable and effective way for any company -- including those with an existing sales training program -- is to use online selling skills training as the basic building block for a continuing education program. Having all your sales personnel enrolled in self-paced skills development sessions facilitates continuing supervisor skill level reviews. Such sessions also be used to conduct "Sales Autopsies" lessons that can be learned from them.
Now how do you get there?
Step One: Identify you selling skills training requirements. In what areas do you need to improve?

Step Two
